Theres a world to fix and all people in politics care about is public perception and petty point scoring.
If only they forgot about the tit for tat arguing and didn't care who got the credit as long as we got the right result..fat chance of that though with the money involved above politics and those who control things.

Farage is all about dividing society, he shouldn’t be surprised if those who think differently to him show their disapproval of his politics.
Farage and Reform have got away with very little scrutiny until the last week.
Then his Putin comments got some traction.
The Donkeys' banner was just like a static heckle - the sort of thing Farage should have been facing for months or years.
What interested me was the reaction. Farage showed his thin skin and wanted someone to lose their job. His followers turned into a Poundland Trump mob: 'burn it down, burn it down' but without the enthusiasm or the silly hats!
A mildly entertaining distraction from the main event.
Is he? Have you read the stuff you write about people who vote differently? Do you call out real division when you see it?
I know your function on here is to argue, but I don’t get where you’re coming from with this one. What I did notice though was your very interesting last sentence with its heavy implication that Farage is only playing at creating division. He indulges in the centuries old pastime of rabble rousing against people that are “different” to us and, just like other narcissistic “men of the people”, is showing himself to be very sensitive to any one who gives a bit back to him - what Led by Donkeys did was the best type of protest, it used humour and was non violent, but, surprise, surprise it was enough to get you and Pipster rushing to Farage’s defence.

But your type of division is based on politics, and it's more obvious than his I'm afraid. We will soon have a deputy prime minister who labelled people "scum".
I don't object to them doing it. Obviously non violence is valid, but it's just more boring rhetoric. If he mentions an (actually pretty valid) reason for the Ukraine war, he's a Putin lover. It's no different to people being called Hamas lovers for offering a different opinion on what has happened in Gaza.
The truth is always in the grey areas and less binary.
