I like Harris. That walz seems weird though. All this 'fight fight fight' rubbish. If that phrase and aggression was coming from the other side people would be laying in and rightly so!

I think he's a bellend aswell! Every time I see waltz he's got his fist clenched imploring a crowd to scream about fighting.

Seems like he's done alright as a governor. Just wish he'd tone down his comic book coach act a bit.

Walz actually seems to be playing his part perfectly. One thing you have to remember about the US is it's massive and has multiple media markets so campaigns have to put out the same message multiple times to get through to all their targets. From the outside (Wales) this looks like pointless repetition of the same message but it's absolutely not.

Trump's campaign and Trump himself are in a complete mess as a result of the Democrats' pivot.

I despaired earlier in the year but I genuinely feel like Trump might lose handily now.

The cynic in me says the bubble will burst and they will be shown to have the same feet of clay that it feels like all politicians have, but, for a few weeks at least, it feels like something special is happening in America and likeable politicians are back.
