  • Notting Hill Carnival

    Another year of 'Carnival' fun..

In two incidents the victims sustained slash wounds and one incident involved a corrosive substance.

Two people killed. I think as football fans we know more than most that a few bad apples can't spoil it all, and we shouldn't underestimate how big the event is, but it can't carry on like this, surely?

Ive never been. Am sure it's a great day for the vast majority. I've been to St Paul's carnival which was brilliant.

I've been, it's crazy, the first day is family day, the next day is different level. I wouldn't say that i enjoyed it, or dislikedit, it was like nothing i have ever experienced. I know i shouldn't say this, but the women ......Holy shit......

I went once, and met Les McKeown in a bar which probably showed how long ago it was. It was brilliant, but edgy. The sort of thing you probably do once.

Butetown Carnival was always more fun

                Notting Hill far too intense
