I listened in the background and I thought he did okay tbh. There was a sense of long term planning about it and a bit of a vision. He wasn't knee jerk about the riots, acknowledged a few issues and spoke fairly well. The sausage reference was absolutely hilarious but tbh he can show a human side by making a bit of a reference to it in future.

The problem really is I don't think any of what he says will work.
