Can’t believe he only got given 13 years! Stabbed more than 50 times…..life in this case should be life, at least 25/30 years.

I've not heard this, I was in school with John although he was a year younger than me, obviously a long time ago now, i did have have a quick sweep on the net tonight but couldn't find confirmation, but i'm sure Lynette's father died before the conviction and never knew of the eventual outcome. Me and Doris were in town on the night and we were in that small taxi office at the bottom of westgate street.

Slightly off topic Michael O’Brien was also wrongly convicted by south Wales police around the same period and was ordered to pay back B&B from his stay in prison

Knocked on his door with a shotgun didn’t he? I’m surprised Netflix haven’t taken this story on, if you think about the corruption and how the police got off also, it’s an incredible story.
