Seeing as it was Trump who said he wanted Generals like Hitler’s, it was he who has played the Hitler card? Using the Forces against what he decides is the “enemy within” sounds pretty fascistic to me as well and yet it’s Harris who’s played the Hitler card?

There are plenty of videos of Trump talking about the enemy within and he doubled down on it when given the chance to tone down the rhetoric by a friendly interviewer.

You seriously believe that the reported conversations never took place? Strange how so many who worked for Trump during his first term as President are now warning about the consequences of a second one for him isn’t it.
What gets me about this is that people rightly understand that labelling certain groups of people an "enemy within" is divisive, unkind, unhelpful and the like.
But then entirely fail to see that labelling someone literally one of the greatest mass murderers in history and arguably the most evil man to walk the planet is not.
I wouldn't like to be called an enemy within at all. But I would favour it to be being called a nazi.
The word fascist has also been entirely misused for decades so it's lost a lot of its meaning for people due to its absurd overuse.
