    Re: Barking Dogs

I haven't heard any, nor heard/seen any fireworks. It doesn't seem to be the thing it was years ago.
Bonfires in every other garden, roasted spuds jumpers for goalposts, mmmm yes! I mean no.

I trained mine not to be bothered by it, and he actually likes to see all the bright colours in the sky. It was a two minute job.

We used to see groups going round collecting scrap wood for bonfires; haven't seen that for years.
Roasted spuds in the edge of the fire...mmmm.

I can't hear any fireworks as they're being drowned out by the sound of barking dogs.

not really, just when you get a puppy, you dont want it scared of the hoover or fireworks or jack hammers or crying babies ( all 4 on the CD I have ) and just play the CD once a day for a few weeks and the dog then isnt bothered by them noises

it just makes life with your dog a little easier as they grow up

                            Re: Barking Dogs

My dog was not scared by fireworks for the first three years of her life, but she’s changed in the last four years. She’s not as bad as some of my other dogs were, but the point is that there was no need for me to train her when she was a puppy - I wouldn’t have had a clue how to do it anyway.
