I see Argentina pulled their delegates from COP29 as well. I also came across this recent UN September 24 speech by their president which didn't get much media attention, so I have linked it below. I assume the Trump administration will be following a similar path, which raises the question is anybody else going to be joining them?

I'm sure it is very interesting if right wing libertarianism is your thing - from a populist often described as a clone of Trump and Bolsanaro!

Not sure he got the memo on Ukraine-Russia though.

He's either a crackpot or a genius, it's hard to tell. What's not in doubt is we are witnessing the first signs of a cleaving in the established global order.
