                    I occasionally pay £14 for a day subscription to NOW TV to watch a City game on Sky. So to put that in perspective, I'm thinking most royalists would be happy to pay £10 on a pay per view basis to watch the coronation.

                    20 million x £10 = £200 million. Minus £72 million for the actual cost of the coronation leaves £128 million for HRH Charles III - a nice little earner!

                            Republic think it did cost more. Local councils, the Fire Service, and other public bodies will have spent a lot in support of the coronation and their costs are not in the £72m.
