The Babylonian flood story, found on the eleventh tablet of the Epic of Gilgamesh, tells of the gods' decision to send a flood to destroy the earth. One god, Ea, relays the plan to a man named Utu-napishtim. Utu-napishtim is further instructed to build a boat in order to save himself, his family, and animals of all kinds. Rain descends for six days, after which the water abates and the ship is again on solid ground. Two birds are released but find no resting place. Finally a raven that had been sent out did not return, showing that the waters had receded. Utu-napishtim emerges and later tells this story to Gilgamesh.

While you researching the Sumerians in relation to your YouTube post, it's interesting to note the many things that have shaped our world that can be traced back to these people:-

From the Sumerian civilization, we inherited key innovations like writing (cuneiform), the wheel, the concept of a calendar, irrigation systems, basic geometry, the 60-minute hour, early forms of law, literature (including the Epic of Gilgamesh), and the development of cities; essentially, laying the foundation for many aspects of modern civilization as we know it today.

Key points about Sumerian contributions:

Writing system:
The most significant contribution is considered to be the invention of cuneiform, the first known writing system, which allowed for record-keeping and communication advancements.

Mathematics:
Sumerians developed a number system linked to the number 60, which is why we still use a 60-minute hour. Also 360 degrees in a circle, even down to our imperial system of 12d to a shilling and 240d to £1; all based on the number 6.

Technology:
They invented the wheel, which revolutionized transportation.

Agriculture:
Sumerians pioneered advanced irrigation techniques to cultivate crops in the fertile Mesopotamian plains.

Urban development:
They established the first known cities with organized structures and complex societies.

And if you think this video is far-fetched (I do), it makes a lot more sense to me than the Christian narrative (Sorry, Truthpaste and Gofer Blue). Just bear in mind that I came across this video after hours of research on the various disciplines and as I said, it does neatly tie a lot of this together.

We will get partial disclosure on aliens and UFOs this year, I have no doubt about that. The genie is already out of the bottle.

While Old & New Testament places and individuals have been confirmed via various scientific discoveries and many documents and tablets that have nothing to do with the Bible itself, have you verified ANY claim on this video with the 'research' that you mention above?

There is no end of evidence that confirms many Biblical characters, battles and events.

I understand that Israel’s war with the Middle East is prophesied in the Bible as well as angels appearing in the sky (orbs of light that move like wheels inside a wheel, which is currently being observed worldwide). Also, that the Euphrates river will dry out, which it is apparently. I guess then Truthpaste, for you that the second coming is imminent?

An alternative view is that the human race was put on this earth by aliens, who also invented religion to keep us under some kind of control. So, everything that was prophesied is happening for a different reason than you believe. Just putting it out there.

As an aside Truthpaste, do you believe in the firmament and that all human space travel is faked?

My 'take' hasn't changed. But what you might find interesting are some videos and podcasts that involve two individuals who are very much experienced with UAPs (you may well have heard of them):

Chris Bledsoe - a deeply religious family man who was allegedly abducted by a UAP, which cured him of his chronic illnesses and then subsequently developed his own miracle healing powers. He has since worked and cooperated with the CIA and other US agencies as a consequence.

Jason Sands - another deeply religious man who claims to have worked on the government's secret reverse-engineering programme and has had first hand encounters with aliens and alien craft. He said in a recent interview that all the recent developments in the UAP world are all related to the imminent apocalypse.
