Seems to be largely connected to lots of special privileges in terms of rent and properties owned by her aunt? I can't say I've followed it that closely.

Have you forgotten to mention that she was cleared of breaching the ministerial code by Sir Laurie after he conducted an in-depth review of the matter. She has resigned so as not to be a distraction to the government.
