I went a step further and spent the entire day under the bed. You can't be too careful these days

We have done our bit for the environment today, ignored the warning and had a walk out to Rumney to see my mum, slummed it on the bus for the return journey 14,400 steps!!! Co2 friendly R US

Putting all the nonsense aside, I'm all for leaving this world in a better environmental situation than when I came into it, I do believe however that we have technology that can do this without peddling you know what !!!!.
