In his 1st term he was so say going after Hillary but changed course, whilst he wants to get his message out on Renegade, i still don't think him or his DOJ will actually press the button, many of his dedicated followers are of the opinion he wants the uranium as it is easily identifiable to it's origin with Hillary and Renegade firmly in the frame for this one (wasn't it called the Uranium 1 deal? or something like that), changing gears, sad to hear of Roger Cook's death, he was an 1/2 decent watch years ago when it was allowed to do investigative journalism of sort.
