    Re: Reform win Trowbridge by-election

Plaid are probably the only way to slightly curb the bloodshed in next year's Senedd elections.

The docks and Grangetown boozers were fine, if you didn’t go there looking for bother.

              Re: Reform win Trowbridge by-election

I can understand political disillusion but what the hell do working class people think these failed right wing former Tories are going to do for them. Is it all really just about kicking out brown people to them, the only people less well off than themselves?

The working class people are crying out for a government to run the country fairly, and look after its own, before dishing out billions to all and sundry. Charity begins at home.
900k youngsters unemployed here, hard working folk desperate for homes, energy bills soaring, the cost of living soaring, more and more families living in poverty. It’s absolutely disgraceful.
Reform is definitely not the answer, but it shows what dire circumstances we are in, and how badly successive governments have performed.
We are in Ł2.8 trillion debt, with absolutely nothing to show for it, and it feels to many like the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off.
The natives are becoming restless. We need a different approach to modern day politics and policies.
The majority of the working class are not far right racist lunatics, just totally fed up and disillusioned with their lot.

We’ve needed something else than a two (shite) party state for years…..I always hoped the Lib Dem’s would step up but looks like reform have taken up the mantle. The people of this country who work have had an absolute guts full of the usual two…..

The second most prominent member of Reform (Zia Yusuf) is brown. The councillor who detected from Labour to Reform last week is brown. The policy you have suggested is absolutely made up. Fantasy.

Quit the race baiting. It doesn't work anymore, thankfully.

You could say the Lib Dem’s are worse than the big 2. With Tory and Labour continually performing dismally, it’s a golden opportunity for them to shine, but they are unable to step up to the plate. As old Frazer would say, “We are all doomed”

Its more a case of too many political parties arguing over too many votes

Plaid , Labour , Lib Dem , Greens , Conservatives and the new kids on the block

Propel in Cardiff are another one

Last night Reform could have been defeated by the other main parties ganging up on them under an anti reform candidate but they are too busy acting like kids

3 out of 10 people are supporting reform .....thats nowhere near a majority....even though they are trying to tell us they speak for everyone

So its time to stop wasting time with them and get organised to see them off

I didn’t refer to the actual ‘party’ representatives. I was talking about the voters. I’m well aware that immigration is a sideshow to attract the prejudiced. The ‘party’ has an entirely different agenda and it doesn’t involve better public services and fairness.
