I don’t cycle around on bikes it’s not really useful with family members I do cycle around the vale and tend to go out a few times a week , you should give it a go rather than spending your time on here.

I'm often out and about on my bike in the Vale, and I have a membership at the Health & Rackets Club.

Well you could put them in a side car on your Eddie Merx or whatever its called

Do you shave your legs to reduce wind friction or is that swimming ?

this is a bit concerning regarding the covid vaccine from the CDC director . the vaccine was more like a medicine he claims

Seems like we need another reminder, that the primary reason for pushing covid jabs + isolation measures was to reduce the hospitalisation rate to stop hospitals becoming overrun and thus less effective at treatment.
