A woman has been killed by someone belonging to a US Government agency in what, at best, can be called dubious circumstances after dropping her six year old child off at school and all you’ve got to offer is :hehe: and ?

It's all going to boil down to what happened between the time the ICE officer ordered the driver to get out of the car, and the vehicles response to Newton's First Law of motion. It's a sad event that should never have happened, but I can see this one heading to the law courts. RIP to the victim, and commiserations to friends and family, especially the 6-year old daughter who they were dropping off at the childcare facility.

i don't know anything about US Federal Law, but if a federal government agent with a gun is telling me to get out of the car, then I'm getting out of the car. Of course, I may be wrong and driving away is the best course of action? Are there any Americans on here who can confirm what the recommended procedure is?

Judging by other videos she probably fled as a sort of fight or flight response to being publicly humiliated, having an armed rabble screaming and waving guns in her face and being sprayed indiscriminately with pepper spray directly in the eyes.

People trafficking, false employment etc. I can't quite stretch to being in a car with a dog though.

It's very good to know that our resident free thinkers would be the meek and compliant ones if Starmer had masked armed men on the streets swearing and trying to grab women out of their cars.
