    Who won the North Korea parliamentary elections with 99.93% of the vote, and took 687/687 seats.

    Everyone criticises him but he cant be doing that bad to get that level of support.

            There isn't a wrong box to tick as only party-approved candidates stand. Voters can only strike through the name of the candidates (not recommended) or leave the voting slip blank and which represents approval.
            Non-attendees are noted by the authorities.
