It is not a clear picture at all.

I don't think Splott Dai helped at all by comparing the London attack with Bondi. From what I can see Bondi was an anti Semitic terror attack planned and carried out by ISIS. The Australian, Israeli and 'western' media then went on to ludicrously assert that it had something to do with Iran or with Palestine (or the Palestinian solidarity movement) when the most basic research shows that ISIS is the mortal enemy of Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah - and has no interest in defending Palestinians from genocide.

The London charity ambulance attack seems to have been carried out by a 'new' organisation that appears not to be able to write correctly in Arabic or English (using AI to mangle sentences), uses locally recruited people (apparently most without any connection to Iran, Palestine or even Islam) to vandalise or burn in the Jewish community (London, Amsterdam... etc) and beneath the crude claim of affiliation to Iran lacks any supporting evidence in their statements or online presence to give the claim credibility.

But that doesn't stop our mainstream politicians and media from playing this story as one of an Iranian anti Semitic sleeper cell activated to cause damage and distress to UK Jews because of outright racism and in response to Kier Starmer allowing US bombers to use UK bases to carry out 'defensive' bombing of Iranian infrastructure and people.

There is no argument about what was done - but who organised it and why remains an open question.

Absolutely right and it proves issues are not always as straightforward as people think. If the number priority is to protect the innocent at all times ( which although not I strongly believe it should be) then nothing should be ruled out and everything should be ruled in until such time as irrefutable evidence is laid bare.

There are a lot of unanswered questions about the arson attack on charity ambulances in London.

Politicians and most of the media seem to have concluded who, why and how and are now hoping that the evidence will confirm their conclusion.

It was an awful attack on a worthwhile service for the community. Whoever committed the heinous crime should receive very long sentences. There is absolutely no place for attacks on the innocent.

Agree totally.

It seems the police are still treating this as a 'hate crime' given the target, but still not as a terrorist event. If that view stays (it has been the position of the Met from the start) it undermines the unconvincing claims that this was directed by Iran.

If Iran was involved it is a clear propaganda own-goal. If it wasn't, someone (answers on a postcard) wants to create that outcome and give the USA and Israel a public opinion boost.
