This is unfortunate... 'Has Gavin Williamson ever met Marcus Rashford? “We met over Zoom and he seemed incredibly engaged, compassionate and charming". Later Williamson’s team tell me he actually met the rugby player Maro Itoje, not Rashford.' https://t.co/Ya5NvtuLgn

      Re: awkward

The most unfortunate thing is that, having already lost a Cabinet job in dubious circumstances, he was then given his present job where he is performing the same role as Chris Grayling did in Theresa May’s administration.

if there's one football player that the education secretary could recognise you'd think it would be Marcus Rashford

I shudder to think how people could have been persuaded to vote for this shower of sh"t, even given the Brexit mania. Were turning into a nation of lions led by doughnuts.

they have to be the least impressive cabinet in living memory.
neither main party have anyone who is really inspiring.

the whole system needs a shakeup

Aye, he's done part of his job for him over the past year.

Is Mari Quite sure that he isn't Rashford? It's an easy mistake to make.

The most telling thing is not the complete dullness, but the contempt, like a big time celeb signing 'Another' autograph for a pest of a fan. ****ing idiot should be put in stocks and have rotten fruit thrown at him, maybe down City rd, it can add to sludge's violent crime stats.

And just like all the garbage you spout on here you're showing us all you're as thick as mince.

You have a point but the ex army people were magnificent during the Afghan debates. It seems to me that the leadership of both parties keep their talented people in the background for fear of them mounting a leadership contest which Johnson, Starmer and the rest of their party leaderships could easily lose given more high profile roles. There are people on both sides that are far better than their current leaders.

I don’t understand what this has to do with it?

It just shows how you support a political party like a football team and that you’re pretty thick.
