  • Re: The Donald Trump thread

Here's something Trump may be able to say he actually achieved during his presidency.

The president responds to reports he is considering presidential pardons over alleged Russia collusion.

Have to wonder why is he even bringing the subject up on Social Media.
It only serves to suggest that he is aware of guilty acts .

By calling the reports leaks, he is also inadvertently confirming they are true.

It now seems as if Trump believes the story.
He has tweeted about it referring to this as a "leak" . If he thought that the whole thing was bull, surely that is the angle that he would take?

With Scarramuccis appointment, it looks like the Don is maybe panicking and heading fully off-piste, as apparently this act is again wholly at odds with the advice of chief strategist Bannon.
It is increasingly hard to feel that Donald has any intention, inclination, nor ability to ' drain the swamp', nor right wrongs, nor sort out the dark state.

Trump tweeting about pardons, his lawyer on telly talking about pardons.

The actions of an innocent man

Whether he is innocent or not he could win world records in unbelievably crass behaviour.

It's not gone well for him.
That may be his fault, it may be that he is beating his head against an existing corrupt system, or likely a bit - or a lot - of both.

My spidey-sense says that he has grown rapidly tired of not being thought of as the the greatest ever human being and actually wants out now, and will try to extricate himself as best as he might. Ideally without modelling handcuffs for the world 'fake-news' media.

It's all gonna happen. Any time now. Etc etc.
