So Gluey still responds directly to people who can't see his posts - unless one of his cronies quotes him... and Nelson is now attempting to outdo LoM's poor efforts at being a WUM that makes no sense with their attempts.

Thank god we have your wise council albeit your in the poor victim minority
She reminds me of one of those those pantomime acts ,if you look at here her eyes its as if shes on something , if she is the alternative to the mad orange one , my god the USA is in deep trouble .

See... he's bobbing for words again. I know he's trying to wind me up but I have no idea what he's on about.
LoM, you might as well have said "Remember this fog down the hatch you can see dread fly in summer candle aaaard keyboard warrior lol." As it would make as much sense.

I think that there is a wave of populism that will have its time even if there was a more credible opposition. That said the opposition in the UK and US has struggled for credible leaders and the chaos in Iowa just gives an impression of incompetence that is difficult to shake off in the same way that Corbyn was unable or unwilling to ward off the stigma of anti-semitism.
Basically that is why Trump and his cronies have gone to the extremes they have to nobble Joe Biden. He looks the only one, perhaps Bloomberg, who could present himself to the country as a Presidential alternative. Trump would be ecstatic to go up against someone like Sanders who he can paint as a dangerous Socialist.
The risk for the Democrats is that the distain for Trump will engender the same outcome as for Labour in the UK where a membership more radical than the voters they need to win may see getting one of their own in place is more important than a credible leader who does not share their values.
The campaign to re-elect Corbyn demands that MPs blindly follow ‘the will of the people’, while the real job of politics is to balance competing demands
I think election results, is more to do with poor opposition.
TV commentator , conservative political commentator, author , TV host. , best known as the host of his long running radio show The Rush Limbaugh Show
famously said
No nation ever taxed itself into prosperity.
Poverty is not the root cause of crime.
If you commit a crime, you're guilty.
He also famously said that cigarettes don't cause lung cancer as he was being paid by tobacco lobbyists (that was just amongst the hundreds of disgusting racist, sexist, homophobic things he said)...
But guess what Rush Limbaugh has now? I'll start and you fill in the gaps...

His producer of 30 years is saying he isn't racist.
Jesus... the second sentence of the first paragraph is almost verbatim what Gluey tried to pass off as his own thoughts earlier, in a post that Cyril quoted. You've scored an own goal for your team and shit all over the captain at the same time
