so back to the USA election . As I mentioned last week a lawsuit was knocked up which enabled the vice president to be sued as his job is to certify the electoral college votes on January the 6'th and it looks like its playing out .Some Texas senators along with a few others are taking this up

In terms of the lawsuit he his only obliged to certify un-contested electoral votes not contested electoral votes . As 6 swing states are being contested he will be breaking this lawsuit if he certify's the contested votes so putting him in a corner

In each of these 6 swing states the secretary of the state in each state has put forward Bidens electoral votes but the republicans have also put forward there votes in favour of Trump . they call this dual college votes over there

if on Jan 6'th this plays out Mr Pence has 3 options

Option 1 - To certify Bidens electoral votes if Pence believes they were no fraud in these states .Biden will be crowned President Elect

Option 2 - To certify Trumps dual college votes if Pence thinks there is enough evidence of fraud have a bearing on the outcome of the election .Trump will be declared President elect

Option 3 - Pence will not certify either Bidens votes or Trumps dual votes in these swing states . The outcome of this will be neither will have reached the 270 votes needed to win

If this scenario does play out next week who would like to be Mr Pences shoes when you will potentially see a civil war in the USA what ever the outcome !

Sorry to shatter the fairy story, but actually Pence has no options. He can't decide what to do. His job is to open and read the results, he cannot reject anything.

Rogersblue watched that georgia senate committee meeting yesterday live and that Pulitzer blew it out of the park . It was a jaw dropping moment when he connected up to a dominion machine live on air that's being used in the run off in Georgia right now exposing that states guvnor who was claiming just before xmas it was the safest election of all time !!

Bear in mind on the previous georgia meeting the CEO of Dominion when asked by the exact committee saying his machines can't be connected to the internet . yeah right

Tonight the georgia senate committee has ordered an emergency meeting for January the 4'th to visually inspect and forensically examine all fulton county mail in ballots using Pulitzers methods

Also hearing over 140 house republicans are now going to contest the electoral votes now and rising . will be interesting if more senates rise up before the 6'th

I bet Mr Pence wish he wasn't a VP right now
