Was this guy imbedded by the Obama FBI in the Trump campaign though? If so in what role?

Page and Papadopoulos were in the Trump campaign, the CIA guy based in UK seems to have been leading and/or directing them. There may be others too. Also Bannon was pushing for the Trump Tower meeting to take place, and Mooch was in contact with the British music promoter who organised it. Who knows how deep this thing goes, but I think we are about to find out. It's all looking very murky. I don't think Agatha Christie could come up with a plot like this!

Page and Papadopoulos were in the Trump campaign, the CIA guy based in UK seems to have been leading and/or directing them. There may be others too. Bannon was pushing for the Trump Tower meeting to take place, and Mooch was in contact with the British music promoter who organised it. Who knows how deep this thing goes, but I think we are about to find out. It's all looking very murky.

I was just wondering who was the informant that was probably no doubt imbedded in the Trump campaign if this bloke was never part of the campaign?

It looks like he was directing operations from the UK, probably working in conjunction with Steele, and an assortment of other characters from the intel community. There has to be some big players in the US too, exactly who isn't clear yet, but it's looking like one big huge hell of a mess. Read CTH tonight to find out.

They might have been, even inadvertently, the finer details are still being worked out. No doubt some big names are going to get caught up in all of this.
