His misspelling is always deliberate and pay attention to the capital letters, it's tied to Gematria (I would guess the Jewish values based on his form regarding Israel), that's the easy part, the hard part is figuring out where he is going once the Gematria has been calculated and you more often than not have to get it from more than one tweet.

It's a watertight theory. After all, no one pays any attention to the tweets where he spells everything perfectly, do they? It's definitely the spelling errors that people go for, not the deranged content.
