Re: The Donald Trump thread
Is this your own self-imposed fasting regime - or is there some tradition of not eating during working hours (even if you finish at 1.00 pm)? I have known a lot of people who have decided to fast or restrict what they ate for a period (sometimes something like 2 days a week) - usually for weight loss or health reasons - but never a working hours 'Lent' fast. Is it a religious thing, or just using Lent as a hook to hang something else on? Intrigued.Originally posted by Nelsonca61 View PostDay 3 will be easy, we finish at 13.00

Judicial Watch have been very busy with their FOIA requests, not that you would have noticed or even wanted to have noticed. We all know how leftism works by pretending not to know stuff, but unfortunately you cannot avoid the truth forever.Originally posted by jon1959 View PostFox News = Fake News! Moral Narcissist alertOriginally posted by Heisenberg View PostThat's not very nice, Mr Q
I don't get angry about anything on here (unless I get called a rapist apologist). I'm easily amused by everything else posted on the politics board by your "squad"*
*including the posts I can see when Gluey is quoted.
I'm genuinely not sure what's wrong with you though, to be completely honest. You're obviously more intelligent than the other two and you can sometimes come across as reasonable... but then you can turn the dial to '100% Tinfoiler' and nobody can take you seriously. It's a shame, really.

Re: The Donald Trump thread
It's not about trust there talking about reform of dodgy FISA warrants , though one would support reforms of being able to not spying upon ones own people ,wasn't Labour shouting strongly about this stuff in the UK , and peoples rights to not have communication intrusion??Originally posted by jon1959 View PostFox News = Fake News! I'd love to see the smirk on his face as he scrolls through his favourite media outlets, thinking to himself how clever he is, totally oblivious of the large elephant sitting in his roomOriginally posted by life on mars View PostIt's not about trust there talking about reform of dodgy FISA warrants , though one would support reforms of being able to not spying upon ones own people ,wasn't Labour shouting strongly about this stuff in the UK , and peoples rights to not have communication intrusion??

Re: The Donald Trump thread
Just a spur of the moment decision whilst munching pancakes on shrove Tuesday, christened catholic but hate Religion, don't eat fish on good Friday as well, also a personal challenge to myself, I worked with a Muslim colleague for 7 years and watched for him 7 years be faithful to Ramadan each year and thinking WTF how stupid, I bumped into him last week and in our chat Ramadan/Lent came up so I just thought Fcuk/it lets have a go, but for me its easy, I can take fluid in the day and its only 4 days a week, I would like to think I can lose a couple of lbs. to boot in preparation my holiday, but as that starts in Italy, I'm starting to have doubts if it will go ahead the way the fear porn brigade (MSM) are pushing it at the moment.Originally posted by jon1959 View PostIs this your own self-imposed fasting regime - or is there some tradition of not eating during working hours (even if you finish at 1.00 pm)?
