having worked on hairy arsed sites for months and months at a time, and the level of abuse absorbed from quality nutters, the ccmb commie squad are rather lightweight, as ive said many times, i can dish it out and can take it equally, the big job i was on two years ago, me and my butty were know as Statler and Waldorf with a caricature drawing of them stuck on our office door, if you cannot have a laugh in these depressing times what's the point!!!

I did consider Cannon and Ball and, showing my age, Mike and Bernie Winters, but kept on coming back to the question has there ever been a more unfunny man who worked in comedy than Syd Little? The Chuckle Brothers are a very good shout mind.

However, I think it has to be Little and Large really because only then can you ask which one is Syd Little?

I did consider Cannon and Ball and, showing my age, Mike and Bernie Winters, but kept on coming back to the question has there ever been a more unfunny man who worked in comedy than Syd Little? The Chuckle Brothers are a very good shout mind.

However, I think it has to be Little and Large really because only then can you ask which one is Syd Little?

I was never a fan of the person in question but the role of straight man wasn't to be funny, to be fair. Ernie Wise hardly had them rolling in the aisles.

Fair point, but when you saw them being interviewed, Little just wasn’t funny and I struggled to see any sign of an interesting personality there - that was never the case with Ernie Wise.

Never really found Cannon and Ball funny on TV but did go and see them over at the Rover Club and enjoyed them

I am no expert regarding interviews with the L&L combo, it has to be said. Not by bag, old fruit.
