I should imagine it's a very fully enriched tomatoe, and a bit like how you grow your food and apply manure or chicken/rabbits shit to enrich the soil and fruit /vegetables.

It's not a comment on the actual tomatoes - more that we're releasing so much untreated sewage into our rivers that tomato seeds that people have eaten are sprouting on the river banks - that isn't a good thing. https://www.theriverstrust.org/key-i...wage-in-rivers this interactive map shows the scale of the problem.
