Miserable indie student bands with trendy haircuts and NME type music journalists who think every new band is the best thing since sliced bread

Everybody knows indie means these sort of bands.

I too hate indie music with a passion. White, middle class, no balls, neutered rock n' roll. Without the rock and without the roll, and definitely without any excitement. Especially hated that Indie/Brit Pop movement of the 90s

The NME letters page with Stephen Wells was such utter drivel

Smashing Pumpkins had a heavy led zep sound but shove em in NME and all the students would love em

I wrote in to complain about the lack of rock and metal stuff in the paper but they never published it
