I marched three times against the Iraq War - twice in Cardiff and once at that massive march in London, so back then I hated Blair, viewed him as destroying Labour and all that.

In time, I recognise he saved Labour, and irrespective of all the usual pro's and con's of office he was a competent PM. But yeah, Iraq is the big shadow. Nonetheless, someone of his statue being knighted - I think that's fine.
Nah! He’s still destroying labour just by proxy. His Dark Lord is the sidekick of his disciple Starmer. Let’s not gloss over the fact that Liz has just knighted a war criminal and murderer.

Blairism is slowly as its the only way to get Labour relected .

There's a few old Blairite's in the article below :

Perhaps his knighthood is recognition of his political vision 🤔

Starmer et al will now take the socialism out of Labour completely. This leaves the UK with nothing but the devolved governments to lead the way and distance themselves even further from Westminster. Labour = Tory = Rejection of true Democracy and maintaining the status quo. I truly despise them all now.

On a serious note, Hardie started work at the age of 7 and was down the pit at 10. I've never shaken Starmer by the hand, but something tells me they'll be very soft and well-manicured.

I think Labour Wales will split form Labour and then the voting in Wales will be of interest as not everybody agrees with Drakeford's left version than the centralist one I'm sure is coming via Sir Kier .

As the appeal of a centralist Labour party chips away at the Tories that centralist momentum ( excuse the pun ) will gather pace i'd not be shocked to see the re entry of those who fled to the Liberal party to return the fold or form a Lib /Lab agreement to defeat Boris ??

However will the Corbynites remain silent ???
