Trudeau's plan to seize bank accounts of his political enemies has spooked the financial industry, which now regards Canada as unreliable and lawless as Venezuela. A requirement to spy on customers and seize funds without a hearing or legal recourse.

He's just taken this tweet and posted it verbatim without acknowledging that it's from a tweet.

Thanks, I suspected as much that it was cut and paste hyperbole.

It does seem to be an over-reactive and potentially counterproductive measure though I understand that quite a bit of the money being raised to continue the protests is coming from beyond Canada's borders.

I didn’t realise it was a English exam , basically it was information I came across on another social media platform , and thought possibly could have been of interest.

As I’ve said previously, it is only a football message board but next time I’ll bear in it mind just for your satisfaction…..failing that before I post anything in future , perhaps I could run it past you first ?

I wasn't checking your grammar, just didn't understand how Canada could be compared with Venezuela. You didn't post your source but Tito helpfully found it and showed its lack of substance. Nothing to get worked up about.

I was going to post the Twitter link actually ,but thought it was common knowledge. I agree that the Venezuela link is wide of the mark, but if he carries this out , then it’s quite a concern.

                            Quote from Dominic Kelly

I love how lobbying and political donations is legal but crowdfunding with like minded citizens for legitimate influence in your own democracy is terrorism.
