Re: Bill Gates and Omicron = Natural T Cell Immunity
I listened to a virologist who said the same as Gates, he said the vaccine has one spike of Covid that triggers the immune system / T cells , his logic was Omicron is a weak variant with many Covid spikes , contracting Omicron and suffering mild reactions would strengthen the immune system and T Cells from future Covid outbreaks.
Basically humans have done this over many centuries in relation to viruses.

I thought Bill Gates explanation was quite compelling, granted it doesn’t fit certain narratives though does it , however , the rush for the inoculation was probably not required for the majority of healthy people under 60, which is what critical thinkers have been sayingOriginally posted by delmbox View PostI'm a bit lost as to what the gotcha is here

Why is Microsoft founder Bill Gates's opinion relevant when it comes to virusesOriginally posted by TWGL1 View PostI thought Bill Gates explanation was quite compelling, granted it doesn’t fit certain narratives though does it , however , the rush for the inoculation was probably not required for the majority of healthy people under 60, which is what critical thinkers have been saying

If you dont know why it’s relevant listen to what he says again and compare what he says against published dataOriginally posted by delmbox View PostI've never in my life said it's relevant so I'm asking you why you think it is
Thanks

Re: Bill Gates and Omicron = Natural T Cell Immunity
I mean if you catch covid then you gain some level of immunity, that much is correct, but what he doesn't seem to be addressing is that the more covid spreads in the population, the more mutations it undergoes, meaning that it is unlikely to ever burn itself out.
There is a particular kind of arrogance - that we are all guilty of sometimes - where we get some scintilla of knowledge on a topic and then start to question decisions made by people who are experts.
There is a high burden of proof to be able to launch any kind of new medical intervention, both in terms of safety, efficacy and cost, and vaccines are no exception.

I agree with you, as much as there are articles and media releases that suit my narrative, at the same time there are as many that suit others. I do think though, that there is more and more evidence that has been allowed to remain in the public domain which suggests they may have taken a different approach. Time will tell.Originally posted by Rjk View PostI mean if you catch covid then you gain some level of immunity, that much is correct, but what he doesn't seem to be addressing is that the more covid spreads in the population, the more mutations it undergoes, meaning that it is unlikely to ever burn itself out.
