        Slightly of topic, she used to, and still uses the word Mardy (usually to call me a mardy 2hat), again a word i'd not heard, but we lived near Mardy road in Rumney, and when she moved down here and came across Mardy road she thought it was bloody hilarious!!

          Interesting use of the word 'mardy'. It's normally followed by 'arse' not '2hat'. But language has to evolve.

          Does she also use 'nesh' (as in feels the cold), 'wazzack' (as in idiot boy), 'spice' (as in sweets) or 'snap' (as in packed lunch)?
