Austin Powers is the ultimate caricature dandy I'd say.

I always associate the dandy with a certain dress and speech style. I'd put Ray Davies of the Kinks into Dandyland too, especially circa Dedicated Follower of Fashion

Some people associate dandy men with gay men

But they are off the radar with that one , most dandies are very naughty boys with the ladies
