There was a paper just published that tended to suggest that in places like Blackburn/Manchester there was no spike in cases, but in fact the rate had never declined. The drop in national numbers had just masked the fact that these areas had not benefited at all from the lock down.Originally posted by goats View Post
Of course these are all areas of dense low income populations and multi age families living together. So it accentuates the need for a different way of dealing with the problemComment

These rises have got to be a lot to do with the amount of testing though surely? Lots of workplaces are conducting private testing, I'm getting tested every week myself and my industry is testing thousands every week, makes sense that cases are going upComment
