I thought Watford had a midfield injury crisis when they signed Bacuna? I know his last season here was terrible, but he had been mucked about for a long time by Harris and McCarthy playing him out of position. He was okay when he actually played in central midfield for us, although obviously not worth the transfer fee or wages.

I know his last season here was terrible, but he had been mucked about for a long time by Harris and McCarthy playing him out of position. He was okay when he actually played in central midfield for us, although obviously not worth the transfer fee or wages.

t was a bit of a joke, Bacuna was OK at times. Harris got the best out of him in DM, and then Sanderson was having stinker after stinker, so he had to move to RB and it all went pear shaped. Lost our best DM and didn't have a right back... It is remarkable we got into the playoffs let alone nearly got to the final

I really hope Watford are still in the Championship next season.

Potentially good news for us if there is a new manager bounce.

I was convinced Bilic was a great manager. It's only when you see the Croatian side still getting to the Semis/Final of big tournaments that you realise he probably had fck all to do with their success.
