Is it still shut now? Queuing traffic up Whitchurch rd today from the heath pub….never seen it so bad, people doing three point turns everywhere. Prob be another accident

It's probably the fault of cyclists who chosen to use their cars today cos the weather's crap.
North Road is open btw.

How awful. But why does it take so many hours to gather the evidence about what happened? One would imagine there are cameras along such a busy road.

Hearing it was more like a robbery, delivery van nicked whilst delivering to a house then ran the guy over as he tried to stop it…..this is coming from my 11 yr old as it was the talk of Cathays high today….

26 convictions, 55 offences, there should really be a cut off where even your next parking ticket results in a life sentence.

Just a shame the tax payer now has to pick up the bill for such a waste of space.
