The mobile signal here is crap and they can't fit a smart meter

My bill is 60 quid a week , 240 a month on direct debit

Is this the going rate from all of the money making gits ?

Work out your actual bill - not your payments (check how to do this re: gas - it's a crazy formula).
To compare with other's bills, you need to provide your typical usage and type of property.
Perceived wisdom is to wait until the autumn when prices may have dropped before making decisions to change supplier.

I repeat what is your actual bill?
Don't be lazy - do the math.
What is your usuage ie do you heat the home with CH? How many hours a day is the heating on for etc.
Surely you can see your OP question cannot be answered unless you take the trouble to explain your situation.

You are very lucky. They fitted a Smart Meter for me and broke my boiler. No heating for two months at the start of winter 2021 and they very kindly gave me a £10 credit on my utility bill as they were "...sorry for the inconvenience...". They couldn't even price match a quote from Boxt for a new boiler!

that eon flex you quoted 2429 dived by 12 works out cheaper than 240 a month you pay now

They came twice to fit a smart meter , I told them both times beforehand a phone signal here is impossible

                            They finally admitted defeat

you still will be able to send in readings through your account if the signal is crap
