Given Welsh football has arguably been at an all time high whilst Wrexham have been non-league, how so?

What exactly have the contributed to Welsh football during that time, what exactly about playing in the same league as Newport will benefit welsh football?

Well it may give Wales a higher profile and more tourism. You never know they may be in the PL in 5 years.
