I would post a link to the email just received from Keith Morgan but I can't. 🤔
Essentially it says the Trust are concerned not only with the the threat of relegation but the unresolved off field issues and want an urgent meeting.

Dear Member,

The situation on the pitch at the club is worrying at the moment and is
understandably occupying our thoughts. However, the off the field issues
relating to ongoing litigation, transfer embargo etc. still remain a matter
of concern. To this end I have requested a meeting with Club CEO Ken Choo. An initial date for a meeting was suggested by Ken which I could not make but I am currently trying to rearrange at the earliest opportunity. As soon as it takes place I will update members.
