I think Norwich have been in the PL on 6 separate occasions (I couldn't see a team with more), but 4 of those were just for 1 season.

the guy who made the visualisation said he'd done it that way on purpose - winning things wasn't what he was trying to show, more who's been in the mix for titles and relegation
