There weren't many saying this on the thread but fair play.

I'm clutching at straws here but I'd love him to return and start doing the badges with a long term view to the club.

Rambo as manager in 5 years.

        It's the romantic in me.

*I've proper cursed his return now and he'll fail the medical.
I'm reaching here or clutching at straws!

My concern are that his legs have gone. This doesn't just mean that a player can't run like they used to. It also has a lot to do with how they connect with a ball, get it down and in front of them, play with ease and comfort. Bale's legs had gone. He was struggling on the ball towards the end.

But, the romantic in me says yes to Ramsey, and why not? Shouldn't football be about getting excited about a signing, what that player could potentially offer? If the deal happens, and along with a couple of other signings with potential, then I will get excited about it, it will renew my hopes for the coming season. And, as football fans, that's how it should be
I've bottled it and gone for the insurance policy in the 2nd paragraph.

            Nah you were spot on.

Had we not signed him we'd have only signed someone else like turnbull and they'd have been rubbish anyway. At least ramsey gave us some great moments and who knows maybe he'll be back to keep us up?

We all know this was a possibility. I’d have signed Ramsey 100 out of 100. It was the happiest I’ve been in years related to Cardiff

Absolutely. The best player cardiff city have ever produced and doubt that will ever be beaten.

A shame the way it turned out but we had some good moments.

                  100%

even with what we know now, I would still have signed him, 100%

the feel good factor he brought was great, lets not forget he goes and watches / helps with the academy boys, he is a inspiration to them

its all still good in my eyes, while we know he isnt the Rambo of old, time had caught up with him, Im still pleased we signed him and he is still around

I spoke to a Bristol City fan about him yesterday, he said what a flop he has been, I dont buy that, it could have gone better, but it was always a risk

I hope when he hangs up his boots he stays around and coaches and maybe just maybe he gets a go at being manager
