Why did you think that ?

But to be serious, I don't know outside the usual family stuff, have plenty of life non-achievements but
its easy looking back at the missed opportunities with one of them is not buying the council house in which my Doris
was born when we could have had it on very favourable terms and I'd now be retired like the rest of the CCMB champagne early retired Far Lefties on here (The I have it but don't want you to have it brigade) you will of course be laughing your bollox of at this missed opportunity/ non achievement but i don't care I'm really looking forward to another 5 years slog  and that's presuming / hoping that I achieve retirement age.

Don't think I have one. Working, bringing up my kids etc is a given, I had to do that too the best of my ability, and sometimes I didn't. If I had too say something, then 26 years of marriage with the girl I met at 13. **** knows how I've pulled that off, it's probably her more than me. Apart from that, bang Average!

Are you allowed to include your grandparents, if so my grandad founded a life saving apparatus (chemical engineer) and was nominated the Nobel Peace Prize.

Me personally, having a family and helping / supporting family and friends, which I suppose is the norm.

Fair play to your Gramps mate, that's something to be very proud of. My Grandad was Torpedoed twice crossing the Atlantic while in the Merchant Navy, he was only 18, survived both hits, was in the Water for quite a bit of time on the 2nd hit. Both ships went down with plenty of casualties. He was given the Nickname 'Jonah' on his 3rd ship
