It makes you realise that this man was evil

      And Shipman?

      About 200 times more evil

Yes, I saw that, I haven't watched this yet though, but sounds like it's really good so will do!

Anyone seen Timothy Spall in a lovely film, ‘The Last Bus’? Another where he plays an older chap, just a nice film, superbly acted.

Was very good. A starring role for Newport Civic Centre too.

I didn't get why the two accused were to thrown together by the Police when apprehended and incarcerated. It was a recipe for collusion.

I saw very little to suggest that the other guy had done anything wrong. He just seemed to dopy to realise what was happening.

My point being that the 'perp' had additional time to apply pressure to him to say nothing incriminating. The former was manipulative and controlling in the first place. However, maybe it was for dramatic effect and didn't really take place.

"Auf Wiedersehen, Pet" ... an early triumph, for those old enough to remember 80s TV

Thought this was really good. Along with 'Blue Lights' which I've just watched too, it does show that the BBC continues to come up with some really good drama.
