She went off my radar a couple of decades ago. Still far too young.

        Poor woman

Losing her son to suicide must have been a trigger

Never been a huge fan of hers but it must have been torment after what happened to her son.
This song is a great version.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUIsFUfxgqw

When I was down on my luck and wrapped up in addiction - Sinead stepped out of a silver merc and gave me fifty Irish punts one night in west London. Sad to hear this news.

RIP Sinead and thanks for your kindness.

One of the first to speak out publicly against child abuse in the Catholic church, so she will always be a hero in my book. She was castigated for it, but time proved her right.

RIP to a very talented lady.

Very troubled lady, I do have her most popular album, she guested with Scotlands finest on Belfast Child, her rant at the Catholic Church below, fine voice but sad how her life panned out, not helped of course by the personal tragedies.

Her “Nothing compares” video gets me every time. Such beautiful eyes. So very sad. RIP a very talented lady.

If she did nothing else, the not inconsiderable feat of improving on a Prince original makes her one to be remebered.

                          RIP
