We all moan about City...about 20mph limits etc.....but sitting here this afternoon - vodka and tonic sitting by the pool, my two boys taking delight in 'pushing daddy in while testing the water...' (a tradition)...and being in the water with my four year old learning to swim in the deep end.......doesn't get much better....!

Enjoy the sun but be wise with the vodka to ensure your sons don't end up in rehab after following your lead

'Drove' behind 2 fat arses cycling alongside each other, all the way from Waungron Road to Penarth Road earlier, never above 15 mph. All kitted out with 'Ajax' cycling leotards. Got ahead of them a couple of times but at the lights they both came round in front of the car into their 'special' place, so I was stuck behind them again.
