We are not in a position it appears to be going for promotion so Wintle is exactly what is required

If we were pushing for promotion we would need a top 3 championship player

We are not , we are trying to stay up , get competitive and get stable

That's why he's a useful player for this team

Do people want us to sign Zico ?
Frankly, that’s ridiculous, Zico is my four week old grandson:hehe:

Sludge, baby- you wouldn't know a football if it hit you on the head!

That phrase I just used, it reminds me of a time when Bobby Moore had just passed away. City were at home and if my memory serves me right it was a 3pm kick-off, sunny weather, and a bumper crowd in the old 4th Division.
They had a minute's silence and some unruly, pissed-up idiots came onto the Grange End and broke the silence.
A City fan shouted to them.... "Shut up, you wouldn't know a football if it hit you on the head" - they did shut up. :hehe:
