He mentions Leeds (we were 2-0 up into the second half), Leic sterling (they beat us in stoppage time), Ipswich (we were 2-0 up after an hour)
It's ridiculous , with a bit more nous we could be right in the frame

Early season issues, it appears to be.

We've scored first in 10 out of 14 Championship fixtures. Leicester are the only side to manage more with 11. We've won 23 points out of 30 from those 10. That's great if we manage that over a whole season.

We've lost every time we've conceded first and have scored fewer equalisers than any other side in the Championship (1 - Rambo vs Leicester).

        Re: Sour Grapes?

It seems Pearson has his offfield health problems and his relations with the Bristol City hierarchy could be better

Bristol City manager Nigel Pearson says he is awaiting more tests to diagnose a "neurological situation".

Maybe this had something to do with why he spoke like he did today?

They only beat us in stoppage time because that idiot defender can't defend to save his life. Bulut saw him out of the club soon enough after that.

                    Re: Sour Grapes?

There were 15-20 minutes in the 2nd half when City decided that working for a living wasn't such a good idea, but in truth we had the best chances, the most chances, and wasted a load more as the game opened up. Our 1st goal aside, they looked compact and organized and we did look like we were going to struggle, but as the game progressed they took the supporting act.

                          ****ing ostrich.

To be fair there wasn't much in it but comments about good or bad we are aren't really necessary. Bristol didn't do anything at all.

                            Basically this ^^

They put us under pressure for periods second half, as one would expect from a team behind, but we limited them to very few if any clear cut opportunities.

Bulut out thought Pearson tactically and we finished the game stronger.

Pearson thinks he's better than he is with delusions of grandeur.
                            I'm a premiership manager me.
