Re: VAR again.
He was lucky to be still on the pitch at that point. I think the referee has actually had a decent game so farOriginally posted by LA Bluebird View PostUtter idiocy especially given the temp of the game. Obviously a good player but something like his seventh red of his career… liability is the right word for it.

Re: VAR again.
I would have thought there would have been something in the Welsh media ifBen Davies was injured so close to the Armenia and Turkey matches.Originally posted by LA Bluebird View PostInevitable that the wheels would fall off for Spurs, will be out of Europe by Christmas. All very Spurs like.
Ben Davies not in the squad… is he injured or just that far down the pecking order?
A fifty six minute first half, it could be a great game, but there’s way too many interruptions.

Re: VAR again.
Kulusevski scores
Son goal ruled-out for offside
Udogie avoids a red card
Romero avoids a red card
Sterling's goal ruled-out for handball
Caicedo's goal ruled-out for offside
Romero is sent off
Palmer equalises from the spot
Jackson's goal ruled-out for offside
Van de Ven pulls his hamstring
Maddison taken off with a knock
And we’ve only just finished the first half.

Re: VAR again.
So sick of VAR. This game was so good to watch, then a 5 min plus break for the disallowed goal/2 penalty shouts just killed it. It’s not the red, it’s the stoppage in play. I’m glad we don’t have it in the championship, but don’t agree with some leagues having it and some not, how can that be right? In the cups, some stadiums have it and some don’t. It’s nuts.
It’s a farce, I much preferred when refs made mistakes and everyone moved on. They weren’t as often and as glaring it seems.

Colwill loses his head but Emerson saves him a sending off
James elbows Udogie and VAR thinks that's fine
