I missed the shirt pull, not quite enough to pull him down to the ground, so deffo looking for the pen, but yes, he did pull his shirt, yes its a pen

Commentator on Radio Wales thought it should have been a pelanty kick, Ratcliffe thought not.

Agree he did get his shirt tugged slightly but, the question is, was it enough to go down and get a pelanty?
I don't think so personally and we have seen this decision from referee's, quite rightly IMO, a few times recently.

The striker could have brushed that off and scored.
