They might just want him off the wage bill, he’s 26 now he’s not some young up and coming star looking to break into the team. He will never be good enough for them as a starter.

Yeah, he's really fallen out of favour with their fans. He was their 20/21 player of the year so not sure why it's gone sour.

Edit: apparently classed as 'lazy' let's hope if he comes he's as 'lazy' as Grant!

I was just thinking the same haha.

Agreed, especially as he’s just been recalled from Celtic apparently because he wasn’t playing enough.

I bought Football Manager for the first time in quite a while at Christmas and am currently managing Bath City in the National League, I sent my scouts to have a look at Turnbull and they tell me we should sign him as a priority. It seems he’d be a leading player in the Sky Bet Championship, but he doesn’t seem interested in joining us. One other thing, he’s rated 17 out of 20 for taking penalties which is more than the rest of our squad put together.

Hes allegedly on 65k a week so id imagaine they are going to have to cover the majority of those wages!
